I’m a bubbly and eccentric person. I’ve been in hospitality for 5 years and have a great deal of experience with bar work, cocktail making and topless waitering. I’ve done waitering for weddings and art gallery events for Newcastle socialites. This has taught me a great deal in person to person interaction which is essential to the job. The I have been a shift manager at the Crown and Anchor which has further enriched my skills and abilities in general bar duties, cocktail making and how to lead a team.
