I am a reliable hospitality professional with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. I am a food, wine, spirits and cocktail connoisseur and I have worked for over 5 years for a hospitality agency here in Sydney where I assisted & supervised all kind of events & functions such as social events, sport events, formal dinners, botique/store opening, concerts, private yachts, fasion shows, conferences...
I have also worked at the fine dining restaurant at the Intercontinental Hotel in Double Bay and at several 5 Star Hotels in Spain.
I always take my job seriously and with professionalism but also having a bit of fun is a must.
