I am an enthusiastic, energetic person who enjoys interacting with new people, with a passion for hospitality/events and highly goal orientated work approach.
In my 10 years working and managing in Hospitality and Event, I have been lucky enough to open, run and work in some of the best 5 Star Resort and Fine Dining Restaurants in Australia and around the world. I have been invovled in every aspect of service and love to draw on my experience, skills and knowledge to create, manage and work on events to provide a service that meets the customers wants, needs and budget.
I believe to be good at customer service one must have a passion for guest experience with a focus on fun.
