I have over 10 years of catering experience having worked for several different companies. During this time I have worked at a variety of functions in different capacities including basic bar service (ie. beer, wine, soft drinks and spirits), cocktail food preparation and service, buffet style (setting up buffets and carving meats) and also supervising other staff. My work ethics are excellent and I am reliable, prompt and have a very high customer service standard. My aim is to please the customer and ensure that their event is run professionally and all their requirements are met throughout the function. I am very friendly and easy to get along with and fit in with most crowds really well. My main job is as a computer systems trainer and systems specialist and as I also have to deal with people from all walks of life, I find that this assists me in providing high levels of service in my catering roles.
