I have a qualification in Hospitality Studies level six, and bachelors degree in Marketing with Online Media Studies along with my professional experience I would consider myself as an excellent communicator and would fit most positions. I am a hard-working I am also very enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills. I have experience in working as a team, from a number of different roles and completely focus on delivering service excellence. I have developed excellent organisation skills and communication skills whilst working in hotels, and holding two jobs a lot of the time.
