I have 7 years experience waitressing and working in a bar. I have basic cocktail training and can barista (not Australian qualified). I worked in a fine dining restaurant for 2 of them years. I also worked in functions doing silver service. I can 3 plate carry and 5 plate clear. Wine training and have a good knowledge of beer, spirits, liquor etc. I also worked in reservations and did a few events in Sydney for Sydney bartenders.
